I am an ICF-accredited professional coach with two decades of international experience in people development, having worked with industry leaders in companies such as Danone, British Petroleum, GlaxoSmithKline, and Manpower.

I specialize in assisting leaders and individuals to optimize their performance and engage their full potential, helping them to notice blindspots, and empowering them to recognize and leverage opportunities beyond the surface of their personal and professional lives.

Drawing from my expertise in people development methodologies and experience in diverse cultural and professional environments, I connect meaningfully with a wide range of clients' needs, flexibly adjusting to unique professional and cultural contexts.

Through my coaching support my clients clarify their desires, uncovering both real and perceived drivers,  blockers and derailers on their journey. We will work together to create the most optimal and enjoyable path to achieve what matters most during crucial moments in their lives.

Every coaching plan is unique and tailored to my client’s need and context. Work may vary from 4-6 sessions over 2-6 months to “upon request” instant sessions; and where relevant, may include working with insights from stakeholders / customers, psychological profiles, 360 assessments and observations in action.

Some of my clients benefit from support in between the sessions which we define together and it may range from instant touch base points to curating educational and inspirational resources that provide further insights for what they are working on.

I work face-to-face or remotely via video conference. I also offer walking coaching sessions in nature and inspiring locations, carefully selected to support the topic of our work.

I believe coaching is a journey we embark on together. I will be a creative thinking companion for my client, assisting and supporting by holding the focus on the desired outcome and facilitating awareness and new possibilities beyond their current context.

We will work together to elicit future-focused meaning from experiences and insights, experiment with new approaches and move forward.

When working with a client, I, in particular, enjoy inspiring creativity, courage, nurturing inner drive and tapping into client’s natural strengths.

My inclusive coaching style is both challenging and supportive. Seeing my clients grow and expand their inner reserve of resources and skills to make changes in their lives brings me great satisfaction.

A key driver for me is to leave my clients with the skills of self-coaching and the ability to maintain a growth mindset so that the impact goes beyond our time together.  I continue supporting my clients beyond initial work by sharing useful frameworks and tools.

I am a strong believer in making coaching support more inclusive and accessible to more people: in particular people in difficult circumstances, and people who contribute to charity projects.

 

I set regular time aside to provide coaching through low-bono / quid pro quo / “pay by donating to a charity” schemes.
